Orders and Shipping
Orders received during the day will be sent the following morning via USPS Prioritiy Mail. Typical US delivery time is 2-5 business days, but many factors can affect this time. The standard delivery time for international orders is 2-3 weeks, but also this time is affected by various factors such as weather, customs, your country postal service, etc.
Register on our website or log in with your existing username/email.
If you have not registered so far, select “MY ACCOUNT”, state your email address, enter your desired password. After entering all the necessary data, click on the “REGISTER” button.
If you are already an existing user, simply enter the e-mail address and password that you first registered at www.pmuprofessional.com. After successful registration or login, you will be taken to PMU Professional’s my account page. On that page, you get to your user data, where you can whenever you want to change your password, delivery information, and view your orders.
To change your shipping address, you need to visit your account, if you are registered on our site, then in the “Change your address” section to modify the information and enter your new shipping address.
Each shipment shipped within the US will receive shipment tracking information as soon as we ship it, or if you have selected the shipment tracking option when ordering for shipment shipped overseas (this is a more expensive service).
This option is disabled for security reasons. All payments are made through the PayPal platform and your credit card information is not stored on our servers. But if the card is stored in your PayPal account, you will enjoy the convenience of not entering the card number with each order on PMU Professional.
We send shipments to the whole world. Click here to see if your country is listed in this list (if you find your country there – it means we can send you!).
Shipping is based on total order amount and your shipping address. We offer USPS Priority Mail shipping for US based customers and Standard shipping and Shipping with Insurance for customers outside of the US.

If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
You may return most new, unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus a 15% re-stocking fee. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON OPENED PIGMENTS/PRODUCTS NO EXCEPTIONS. This is very rare scenario, but in case it happens, don’t worry. Just contact us by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or use our contact form and send us your details. You’ll need to send us back items that are sent by mistake, and we will send your items that you’ve actually ordered.
