Orders received during the day will be sent the following morning via USPS Prioritiy Mail. Typical US delivery time is 2-5 business days, but many factors can affect this time. The standard delivery time for international orders is 2-3 weeks, but also this time is affected by various factors such as weather, customs, your country postal service, etc.
You may return most new, unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus a 15% re-stocking fee. To change your shipping address, you need to visit your account, if you are registered on our site, then in the “Change your address” section to modify the information and enter your new shipping address.
Each shipment shipped within the US will receive shipment tracking information as soon as we ship it, or if you have selected the shipment tracking option when ordering for shipment shipped overseas (this is a more expensive service).
